We are a clothing and accessories brand offering products that are produced on demand. Please read the information below carefully before placing an order.
1. Print-on-Demand Products
Our products are made to order using a print-on-demand process. This means that your item is produced specifically for you after your order has been placed.
Because products are made specifically to fulfil individual orders, we do not accept returns or exchanges simply because you have changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, selected the wrong colour, or no longer want the item, except where you have a legal right to cancel or return the item under applicable consumer law.
Please check the product description, measurements, size guide, colour options and order details carefully before placing your order.
2. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrectly printed, materially different from the product description, or otherwise does not conform to your legal consumer rights, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the problem
- Clear photographs showing the issue where applicable
We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, repair, refund or other remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.
We will not ask you to pay return costs for an item that is confirmed to be faulty or incorrectly supplied where applicable under law.
3. UK Consumers
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your rights under applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
Our products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not, you may have legal rights to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
Right to Cancel
Where applicable, UK consumers may have a statutory 14-day cancellation period for online purchases under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
However, certain goods are exempt from this cancellation right, including goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
Our print-on-demand products may fall within this exception where they are produced to your specific requirements or are personalised.
Where a statutory cancellation right does apply to a particular product, we will honour that right in accordance with applicable law.
4. EU Consumers
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, your mandatory consumer rights under applicable EU and national consumer protection legislation are not affected by these Terms & Conditions.
EU consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases.
However, this right does not apply to certain goods, including goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised, where the relevant legal exception applies.
Where a right of withdrawal does apply, we will provide the required cancellation and refund rights in accordance with applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to remove or restrict any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
5. Incorrect Size or Colour Selection
Please carefully review our size guide before ordering.
Because our products are made to order, we cannot normally accept returns or exchanges where you have selected the wrong size, colour or product, unless you have a statutory right to return the item under applicable law.
We strongly recommend checking your measurements against the size guide before placing your order.
6. Order Changes & Cancellations
Because production may begin shortly after an order is placed, we may not be able to make changes or cancel an order once it has entered production.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.
Where you have a statutory legal right to cancel your order, nothing in this section affects that right.
7. Product Colours & Images
We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, designs and images as accurately as possible.
However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device, display settings and lighting conditions.
Minor variations in print placement, colour or appearance may occur during the manufacturing process. Such variations do not necessarily mean that a product is defective.
8. Personalised Products
Where a product has been personalised or produced according to information, text, images or specifications provided by you, please carefully check all information before submitting your order.
We are not responsible for errors in customer-provided information, including spelling, names, dates, images or other details.
Your statutory consumer rights regarding defective or incorrectly supplied goods remain unaffected.
9. Delivery
We provide estimated production and delivery times on our website or during the checkout process where applicable.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to production, shipping providers, customs, weather, strikes or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that orders are dispatched within the stated timeframe.
For international orders, you may be responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country, where applicable.
10. Delivery Address
You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address when placing your order.
If an order cannot be delivered because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, please contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered production or been dispatched.
11. Intellectual Property
All designs, artwork, logos, branding, photographs, text and other content displayed on our website are owned by or licensed to us unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute or commercially use our content without our prior written permission.
12. Website Information
We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, prices, images and other information on our website are accurate.
However, occasional errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information where necessary.
If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you where appropriate.
13. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The version applicable to your order will generally be the version in effect at the time you placed your order, unless a change is required by law.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the relevant transaction.
If you are a UK consumer, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable to you.
If you are an EU consumer, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable to you under the laws of your country of residence.

Our Returns Policy — In Short
Made to order = no change-of-mind returns.
Because our clothing and accessories are produced specifically for each order, we do not normally accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Incorrect colour selection
- Ordering the wrong product
- No longer wanting the item
This does not affect your legal rights.
If your item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, materially different from its description, or otherwise does not meet the legal standards applicable to your purchase, please contact us and we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Where a statutory cancellation or withdrawal right applies to your purchase, that right will also be honoured.
